I had an incredible time in Australia. I was able to meet up with some friends and family that I haven’t seen for ages. They all made us feel very welcome and it was great to catch up and explore some of the local sites together. If you have been following me on Facebook or Twitter you’ll be able to see some of the family photos of our time away.

It was so lovely to be reunited with my doggies; Martha is already following me all over the house again and Albert has reverted back to falling asleep on John…he actually falls asleep sitting up bless him.  It already feels like we have been back for ages; why is it that the washing seems endless when you get back from holiday?

Over the weekend I stayed with my wonderful friend Tania in the Coltswold. I had a real girly pampering weekend and I absolutely loved it! My eyebrows were made to look beautiful by the brow queen Sue Folland who runs The Nail Parlour in Stratford-upon-Avon and I had a lovely shopping trip to Studio 34 with my friend Rachel. I even treated myself to a gorgeous cup cake…I just couldn’t resist.

Lastly I want to thank the below people for the gorgeous and hilarious gifts:

The hand embroidered towel and bib was given to John and I by Caroline Gorman when I performed in Hull. This will stop John getting food down his tank-tops!

This beautiful charm bracelet was given to me by Jackie & Chris Mooney and Tanya & family.

I am now slowly starting to get everything together for my tour, which starts in St Albans on Thursday 2^nd February.

I can’t wait to get back on the road again and I hope to see you all in a town near you soon.
