An Audience with Sally Morgan, The King’s Theatre, Southsea

What I like about Sally Morgan’s style of psychic performance is: you pay your money, and you may not get a spirit message from a loved one, but you sure are entertained from beginning to end.

Most TV psychics on stage receive a spirit message then locate the audience member it relates too, and it can get a bit long-winded.

But the effervescent Mrs. Morgan pulls out all the stops. This begins with celebrity endorsements on a video screen. ‘Our Sal’ bounces on stage all glam and glitz, but chummy and chatty to a packed Kings.

Her homespun relaxed manner endears the audience, which she needs, as the show is totally interactive.

With the help of the psychic cam, love letters, and photos from audience members, Sally zaps out spirit messages, some tantalisingly vague , many uncannily accurate.
