2. Your contract for purchases made through the Site is with Riviera Entertainments Limited.
3. We will confirm the product(s) that have been ordered by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by you to purchase the product(s) and for us to supply and deliver them.
4. You must check that the details on this confirmation e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
5. You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
6. Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Riviera Entertainments Limited. All returns must reach us in complete perfect condition.
7. If you find damage or fault with your product(s), please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods so that an exchange can be arranged.
